Artichoke Dip (easy)
Recipe type: Appetizer
- 2 cups Mayo
- 2 cups Parmesan or Asiago cheese, shredded
- 2 c ups Canned artichoke hearts (water, not oil)
- Use the food processor to chop/puree the artichoke.
- Mix in blender or mixer
- Bake at 350ish until browned on top
